Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Tembox (tembox.xyz), referred to as the "Service," you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to all of these Terms, you must not access or use the Service.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User," "you," or "your") and Tembox ("we," "us," or "our"). We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Your continued use of the Service after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

2. Service Description

Tembox provides free, temporary disposable email addresses. Emails sent to @tembox.xyz addresses are stored temporarily and automatically deleted after 48 hours. The Service is designed for temporary, non-sensitive use such as:

  • Testing email functionality for applications
  • Signing up for websites without exposing your real email
  • Receiving verification codes temporarily
  • Avoiding spam in your primary inbox

The Service is not intended for personal, confidential, or business-critical communications.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years of age (or 16 years of age in the European Economic Area) to use this Service. By using Tembox, you represent and warrant that you meet the applicable age requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organisation, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organisation to these Terms.

4. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree to use the Service in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. You agree not to use this Service for:

  • Any illegal activities or in furtherance of illegal acts
  • Sending, receiving, or facilitating spam or phishing emails
  • Harassment, threats, or abusive communications
  • Distributing malware, viruses, or harmful content
  • Fraud, identity theft, or impersonation
  • Circumventing security measures of any website or service
  • Creating accounts on platforms that prohibit disposable email addresses
  • Any activity that violates the rights of others, including intellectual property rights
  • Overloading, disrupting, or interfering with the Service infrastructure

We reserve the right to block email addresses, IP addresses, or take other measures to prevent abuse of the Service without prior notice.

5. No Privacy Guarantee

All email addresses on tembox.xyz are public. Anyone can access any inbox by knowing the email address. This is by design and is fundamental to how the Service operates.

Do not use this Service for sensitive, confidential, or private communications. This includes but is not limited to: banking and financial information, healthcare and medical records, government or legal communications, passwords and security credentials, and any personally identifiable information. We are not responsible for any data exposed through the use of this Service.

6. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its original content (excluding user-received emails), features, functionality, design, logos, and branding, is and will remain the exclusive property of Tembox. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, lease, reverse engineer, or create derivative works based on the Service or any part thereof without our prior written consent.

7. Advertising and Third-Party Content

Tembox displays third-party advertisements through Google AdSense to support the free operation of the Service. By using the Service, you acknowledge and agree that:

  • Advertisements will be displayed on pages throughout the Service
  • Google and its partners may use cookies to serve ads based on your browsing history
  • We do not endorse, guarantee, or assume responsibility for any advertisements, products, or services offered by third parties
  • Interactions with advertisers are solely between you and the advertiser

8. Third-Party Links

The Service may contain links to third-party websites or services that are not owned or controlled by Tembox. We have no control over and assume no responsibility for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites or services. You acknowledge and agree that we shall not be responsible or liable for any damage or loss caused by the use of any such third-party content, goods, or services.

9. Service Availability and Modifications

This Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of the Service, email delivery or receipt, data persistence or availability, or compatibility with all email senders or systems.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service (or any part thereof) at any time, with or without notice. Emails may be deleted at any time without notice, including before the 48-hour retention period.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT ANY WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, AND COURSE OF DEALING. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR FREE OF ERRORS, VIRUSES, OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS.

11. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, TEMBOX AND ITS OPERATORS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF DATA, LOSS OF PROFITS, BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, MISSED COMMUNICATIONS, OR PERSONAL INJURY, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICE, REGARDLESS OF THE THEORY OF LIABILITY (CONTRACT, TORT, OR OTHERWISE) AND EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Tembox and its operators, affiliates, officers, and employees from and against any and all claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or related to your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of a third party.

13. Termination

We may terminate or restrict your access to the Service at any time, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including but not limited to a breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. All provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including intellectual property provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnification, and limitations of liability.

14. DMCA and Copyright

If you believe that content available through the Service infringes your copyright, please contact us at abuse@tembox.xyz with a detailed description of the alleged infringement. We will investigate and take appropriate action in accordance with applicable copyright laws.

15. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from or related to these Terms or the Service shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If a resolution cannot be reached, disputes shall be submitted to the competent courts of the jurisdiction in which the Service operator is located.

16. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that these Terms shall otherwise remain in full force and effect.

17. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Tembox regarding the use of the Service. These Terms supersede any prior agreements or communications between you and Tembox regarding the Service.
